Wine

Most of my writing is published on The Grand Wine Tour (Italian food and wine, city guides, travel, Italian culture and lifestyle) and Wine Pass (wineries, interviews with wine makers, wine tastings, and other wine-related subjects).

Part of the reason I came to Italy was food, so I love to write about it. On The Rambling Epicure, I’ve penned stories about fermentation (Reasons to Ferment Food or my Sauerkraut Success), Salone del Gusto in Turin, and more. On Travel Belles, among several stories, I’ve written about the Italian hot chocolate and eating dinner cooked by monks in Greece.
